Coordinator for Tiohundra Home Care in Rimbo

Do you want a key role in home care where planning, coordination, and people's security are in focus? Tiohundra home care in Rimbo is now looking for a coordinator who wants to help develop the operations together with engaged colleagues.

About the position

Tiohundra home care is continuously growing and therefore needs to expand the administration with a coordinator. In the role of coordinator, you will have a central and cohesive function within the home care service at Tiohundra. You will work closely with coordinator colleagues and the unit manager, focusing on ensuring continuity, quality, and good resource utilization.

Your tasks include:

• Providing employees with informative and effective work cards.
• Managing staffing.
• Responsible for scheduling.
• Ensuring continuity, quality, and good resource utilization.
• Maintaining continuous dialogues with customers, employees, relatives, the assistance department, and other internal and external partners.
• Diverse administrative tasks, such as key management and control and approval of completed services.
• Following up on services and orders together with the customer's care contact.
• Ensuring that planning is done according to customers' needs and wishes and in accordance with the Social Services Act.
• Conducting home visits for new assignments and when needs change.
• Guiding and supporting employees in their daily work and leading during team meetings and other operational-related meetings.
• Participating in the development of statistics, follow-ups, and operational reports.
• Responsible for various administrative systems used in home care.

Your task will be to ensure that employees have the best conditions to provide clients with good care and social support within the framework of their assistance decisions. The goal is to create participation, self-determination, and security for customers and employees.

About you

For this position, you need:

• At least three years of professional experience in home care.
• Very good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in administrative work within home care.
• Driver's license and driving experience.

You are structured, responsible, and solution-focused with the ability to see the big picture and understand the connections between operations, staff, and finances. Your communication is clear, and you build good relationships with everyone you meet. You are flexible and enjoy working at a fast pace.
