We are looking for two temporary Nursing Assistants for Malmgården Care and Nursing Home.

• Temporary Position 1 - 75% day/evening/weekend
• Temporary Position 2 - 95% night

Responsibilities

Your role will involve close collaboration with both colleagues and residents. As a nursing assistant at Malmgården Care and Nursing Home, you will play a central role in ensuring a safe and meaningful existence. Your work will include a range of responsibilities, such as:

• Providing support and assistance in daily activities, including personal care and hygiene.
• Working together with other care staff to create a safe and stimulating environment.
• Participating in rehabilitative efforts and activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
• Documenting and following up on individual care plans and guidelines.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of the operations by sharing your ideas and insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Trained nursing assistant with certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Meriting if you have completed the basic training in Silviahemmet's care philosophy.
• You are confident in your professional role and we see that you have previous experience in care and nursing.
• Communication and documentation are important parts of the work, so you need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We apply language tests in the recruitment process.
