We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to oversee the deployment of SAP-based solutions within our procurement organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, SAP implementation, and project management.

Your Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP procurement solutions.

· Own and support the overarching change journey for procurement.

· Develop and manage project plans and timelines.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure seamless transition between process development and implementation.

· Oversee training activities and workshops for end-users.

· Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet set business requirements.

· Oversee data migration activities to ensure seamless transition to new systems.

· Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with existing systems.

· Drive continuous improvement and optimization of procurement implementation processes.

Your profile

We see that you have proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects within the procurement domain. Solid understanding of procurement processes, and a commitment to lead others in a high-paced environment with multiple dependencies.

Location: Hybrid (Onsite minimum 3 days/week) in Södertälje

Education: Relevant university degree (e.g. Project management, Industrial engineering, Business management or other…)

Language Mandatory: English
