Floda Systemskylt develops and manufactures signage solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments. In our own factory, we produce both our standard signage systems and custom signs, including tactile solutions for wayfinding and information.

By having the entire process under one roof, we work closely with the product from material selection to finished sign. This gives us good control over quality, reasonable lead times, and the ability to solve customer-specific assignments without compromising craftsmanship. We work with sustainable materials and solutions with a long lifespan and place great importance on getting the job done right from the start.

We are in a stable growth phase and are now strengthening our production with more sign makers.

About the role

As a sign maker with us, you will primarily work in our sign workshop. The work is practical, varied, and close to craftsmanship. You will produce texts, prints, and vinyl, and assemble these onto different types of signs.

You will work alongside colleagues in production and take responsibility for quality and execution in every step. The pace is steady and planned, focusing on accuracy and functioning workflows rather than quick shortcuts.

Examples of tasks:

• Print production and finishing
• Vinyl cutting and mounting
• Working with color quality and color profiles
• Other sign manufacturing depending on skills and assignments

We do not expect you to know everything, but you should be confident in production and have the desire to develop your professional skills.

Who we are looking for

You have experience in sign manufacturing or working in a printing environment and thrive in a structured production environment where quality is more important than speed.

You are meticulous, responsible, and used to working methodically. You appreciate order and clear working methods but can also handle special solutions when needed.

We would like you to:

Have a few years of experience in sign manufacturing or similar production.

Be self-sufficient in your work but contribute to the team.

Have an eye for detail and the final result.

Enjoy varied tasks in production.

Desirable experiences:

• UV printing, solvent printing, or similar
• Color calibration and color profiles
• Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
• Laser engraving

Language

Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
