Planner in Home Care at Aleva in Umeå

Job Description

The position is as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant with an additional agreement on responsibility for planning within the organization. As a certified nursing assistant/care assistant, you provide care, social support, and services based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer. As a planner, you are responsible for staffing and scheduling services for our customers as well as other administrative tasks.

We believe that you, as an applicant, have good relational and communication skills as you act as the "spider in the web" and communicate daily with colleagues, customers, relatives, and other stakeholders. You have the ability to prioritize what is most important while also seeing the big picture. You are solution-focused, unpretentious, and self-driven. You are quality-conscious and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and have the ability to smoothly switch between different tasks. To enjoy the assignment, flexibility and organizational skills are required.

Requirements

• Driver's license (B)
• Swedish language skills
• Experience working in home care

Meritorious

• Training as a certified nursing assistant or equivalent
• Experience as a coordinator/planner in elderly care
• Knowledge of Carefox, Treserva, Excel, or similar systems

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, weekdays. Weekend work may occur. On-call duty is included in the position.
