ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for substitute workers for Norrmalm and Södermalm home care!

Within home care, we have a changing workplace where we face new exciting challenges daily. Our work is to make a difference for those living in their own homes, ensuring their quality of life is as good as possible. This means that we, as employees, need to have a professional approach and good treatment.

Your main tasks will be to perform care and nursing interventions in individual homes. The work involves assisting individuals with personal care, escorting, walks, social interaction, and household tasks. You will work with people with different needs and conditions. You will also take responsibility for various areas and perform documentation via computer. The work will involve requests for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and finds joy in supporting individuals towards a meaningful life. Experience in home care or elderly care is considered an asset. As an employee in home care, you need to be able to work independently under your own responsibility while viewing the workgroup as an asset and having a knack for collaborating with others. Since the work requires traveling by car, it is desirable that you hold a valid driver's license (category B). Personal suitability will be given significant importance.
