Your Responsibilities

As a production leader, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work in production. You will work closely with the employees in the workshop and ensure that our furniture is manufactured with the right quality, on time, and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with purchasing and preparation as well as with product development and management. The role reports to the CEO.

Tasks

Lead and distribute the daily work in production
Ensure quality, delivery precision, and a well-functioning production flow
Daily planning and prioritization of orders and tasks
Be a present support and conduct employee conversations with the production staff
Follow up on production, identify deviations, and suggest improvements
Ensure order, structure, and a good working environment
Participate in the development of working methods, flows, and routines
Collaborate with purchasing/preparation regarding materials, timings, and capacity

Your Background/Your Qualities

We believe our next production leader:

Has experience in furniture manufacturing, carpentry, or other manufacturing operations
Has worked with or led production in a practical, everyday role
Is clear, calm, and structured in their leadership
Has an understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and quality
Enjoys being on the production floor and having close dialogue with employees
Is solution-oriented and unpretentious

Experience with business systems, preparation, or production planning is an advantage. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
