JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute teacher in the municipality's preschools, you will participate as part of the team to ensure that every child is offered safe care and to promote the development and learning of all children. This means that as a substitute teacher in preschool, based on the curriculum, you will be active in implementing what is outlined in the team's planning.

Your working hours will be agreed upon based on the needs of the operation and your preferences. We operate during the day, and you will make yourself available in a system we use. If you have specific limitations on when you can work, please include that in your application.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to have completed upper secondary education or other education deemed equivalent. For the job, you must be at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of the Swedish language; both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have approved grades from the Child and Leisure Program or another childcare education. Previous experience working with children and youth is highly meritorious. It is important that you have good computer skills as you will need to manage the digital tools of the operations.

We are looking for someone with strong, positive engagement and a genuine interest in working with people. You have a good demeanor and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with children, guardians, and colleagues in a responsive and smooth manner.

We will also place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is a requirement that you have a B driver's license and access to your own car for this position, as the need for staff is outside the central parts of the municipality (where public transport is limited).
