As a psychologist at Wetterhälsan, you will be an important part of a large and well-functioning psychosocial unit where various core professions and competencies enrich and support each other. There is extensive and broad expertise here, with all staff having at least step 1 and many also step 2, consisting of psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and psychiatric nurses.

Your tasks will include assessment and treatment of mild to moderate mental health issues, which are both broad and varied in nature. You will primarily work with both individual and group therapy, including in-person visits as well as digital care. Supervision of PTP psychologists will also be part of your role. The work is developmental with a high degree of participation and responsibility. To succeed in this role, it is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills with other staff members at the healthcare center.

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a few years of experience. We seek qualities in you based on our guiding principles of Service, Quality, and Knowledge. Experience in primary care is an advantage. It is important that you want to work for good primary care with high accessibility and quality, and that you find it stimulating to engage in change and improvement work within a team. Naturally, you always keep the patient in focus and value good interactions with both patients and colleagues.

This is a permanent position, and you can choose your own working hours. Start date is according to agreement. We have a collective agreement via Almega Vårdföretagarna.
