About the Workplace

We operate from the office located at Närlundavägen 26 and work with clients residing in Närlunda, Högaborg, Söder, Elineberg, and Gustavslund.

Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.

You will start from the unit's premises and travel by car or bicycle (if not within walking distance) between different clients, following a work card. Our working method is characterized by a salutogenic approach, which means providing personal support based on individual needs and conditions in the clients' homes. As a care assistant, you primarily work independently and provide care in the form of personal care, support during meals, social interaction, and more.

You also perform tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist, such as training interventions, medication handover, and wound dressing. You work in a team with various professionals.

In your work, you use various digital tools, and your work phone is an important work tool, where you can find work cards and routines.

We work with fixed care contacts, and documentation is also part of your responsibilities.

In home care in Helsingborg city, you work on a schedule either during the day or evening. The working hours for the evening patrol are scheduled from 14:45 to 23:15. The schedule you receive may change if the needs of the operation change.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant willing to be delegated and perform delegated tasks according to HSL. You need to have basic computer skills and documentation experience, be comfortable working with digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

To proceed in the recruitment process, you also need to have a B driver's license and be able to cycle.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with Phoniro and LifeCare and have experience working in home care or have had other assignments in care and support.
