We prioritize supervision, and you will be a Question Doctor to ST, BT, and AT doctors every week, a stimulating assignment! Here, there is a 100% rehab coordinator who supports and assists in various processes. The goal is to minimize administration for the doctors in the unit.

At Vårdcentralen Näsby, you have the opportunity to contribute your specific expertise, and you will have a reasonable assignment with 1100 listed individuals per full-time position. With us, there are good development opportunities, and you have development time included in your schedule. Administrative time is allocated, and you decide how you want to organize your schedule regarding this.

We are a stable and well-functioning unit with 10,500 listed residents, operating in an area with a unique combination of multicultural urban life and Skåne countryside. In the medical clinic, there are six specialists in general medicine and training doctors (four ST, two AT, and one BT). We are a multifaceted organization with clinics for district nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, dietitians, and occupational therapists. There are specialized nurse-based clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, cognitive impairment, and targeted health conversations. There is also a well-developed rehab coordinator function at 100%, elderly care clinic, lifestyle clinic, and a mobile care team. In telephone counseling and primary care triage, the initial care is smoothly handled by nurses with support from doctors, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants.

The organization develops dynamically in a fine collaboration between employees and managers. The collegial dialogue is highly prioritized with regular doctor meetings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a specialist doctor in general medicine includes, among other things:

• assessment and treatment of patients of all ages with all kinds of health problems that do not require resources within specialized healthcare,
• teamwork in rehabilitation issues and chronic medical conditions,
• a limited list responsibility with the opportunity to follow your patients over time (1100 individuals per full-time position),
• supervision of training doctors and medical students.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you must be a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare and have specialist training in general medicine. Furthermore, you have language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have supervisor training and/or experience in supervising ST and AT doctors. We also prefer that you have generalist competence combined with relational competence.
