The Borgmästaregården Health Center is located in the heart of Malmö, with Skåne University Hospital (Sus), the stadium, and the fantastic Pildammsparken as neighbors. We are close to both Södervärn bus station and Triangeln with the City Tunnel and good commuting options. The health center currently has about 7,200 registered patients and approximately 34 employees. The health center has a well-functioning and stable medical staffing, a good working environment with flexible working hours, good cooperation, participation, and opportunities for influence. The health center has a significant elderly care clinic designed to fit the demographics of the area. We work in teams to develop and drive our various lifestyle clinics forward for the best person-centered care with good accessibility for the patient. Regular joint staff meetings and professional gatherings allow us to develop together and achieve our set goals.

At the health center, we have district nurse clinics, specialist clinics in the areas of asthma/COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation. We also have an elderly care clinic.

Together with our doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, rehabilitation team, and psychosocial team, we work for the best interest of the patient. Every day, we have a question doctor available for support and assistance as needed. In addition, we have a close collaboration with the municipal home care services.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. It is an advantage if you have work experience in primary care, as well as if you have experience working in the PMO journal system.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in people and work with the patient in focus, while also working towards the common goals of the organization. You are confident in your professional role, positive, and contribute to our good work environment. In addition, you have good collaboration skills and are flexible regarding the varying tasks that may arise during a day at a health center. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
