Care Assistants Needed for Home Healthcare in Bromölla

As we approach summer 2026, the home healthcare service in Bromölla municipality is looking for experienced care assistants to support nurses and perform tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act, both in regular and special housing.

We offer a varied and rewarding job where you will perform your duties with delegated responsibility. As a care assistant with us in home healthcare, you will closely collaborate with nurses and other licensed personnel such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will perform HSL-oriented tasks, which include patient visits where you, among other things, prepare medication dispensers, conduct sample collections, and perform wound dressings, as well as other relevant tasks.

You will document your efforts, and we work in the health record system Hälsoärende. We work carefully and professionally in close cooperation with patients, relatives, care staff in home care, and nursing and care homes, as well as with other actors such as the region's primary care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant with several years of experience in the profession. It is advantageous if you have training as a specialist care assistant. You can also be a nursing student and must have completed the fifth semester of your education to apply for the position. We prefer if you have previously worked as a care assistant in Bromölla municipality.

You are responsible, stress-resistant, and calm. You can collaborate well with everyone. You need to be able to work independently, and if you have experience in similar work, that is an advantage.

You have good computer skills and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is required. Interviews and recruitment will take place continuously.
