RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to work according to our approach. We are a professional team of nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses who collaborate with the individual care recipient at the center based on their specific needs.

Your main responsibilities consist of health and medical care within the area of responsibility. You assess and perform medical treatment and care interventions up to the level of a nurse and follow up and document according to applicable legislation.

You work solution-focused with the care recipient in focus. In your work, you guide, teach, and delegate to care and support staff.

In home care, you are responsible for the medical care up to the level of a nurse, working in a team with other professionals around the care recipients.

• You will be based at Skogsliden in Båstad.
• The position is at night, with an employment rate of 61.17% with the possibility of 100% as pool shifts during the day.
• The full-time measure is 34.33 hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse. To succeed in the role, you need to have a holistic perspective, work independently, and prioritize in stressful situations. Furthermore, it is important that you have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in actively participating in the development of care within the municipality. As a colleague, you are cooperative and want to contribute to a good working environment for the group.

A driver's license is required. Experience in the specialty area of district nursing or care of the elderly is an advantage.
