Folktandvården Hagfors and Ekshärad consists of a cheerful and positive group of employees of varying ages.

The clinics are modernly equipped with nitrous oxide equipment, panoramic X-ray machines, and equipment for digital impressions. We operate at two different locations and offer the opportunity to use our clinic car for business trips. Free parking is available outside both clinics. To extend the weekend a bit, we work half days on Fridays.

Hagfors is located in northwestern Värmland and is characterized by its nature. The municipality's large natural areas provide opportunities for an active leisure time with sports and outdoor activities all year round, whether you enjoy hunting, fishing, skiing, or motorsport. There are also shops, culture, community life, and municipal services. With only an hour's drive to Karlstad and about 45 minutes by plane to Stockholm Arlanda, you can enjoy the tranquility of Hagfors while being close to city life.

As a dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to work in all areas of general dentistry. You will work with a varied clientele of adults, teenagers, children, and elderly adults - all with varying care needs.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who, as a dentist, enjoys working with team dentistry and treating their own patients, both children and adults.

You will work with delegated examinations together with a dental hygienist and nurse, and if interested, there is also the possibility of an extended division of labor.

With us, there are good opportunities to work variably within the entire dentist's area of competence, from fillings and simpler orthodontics to larger prosthetics and surgery. If you would like to specialize in a specific area and act as a local referral instance, this is also something we at Folktandvården Värmland view positively.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a qualified dentist with a Swedish license.

As a person, you are flexible and adaptable, which allows you to handle any changes smoothly. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals. You are service-oriented by always putting the patient's needs in focus, while also being quality-conscious and ensuring that the work meets established goals and standards.

About Us

Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland and has 17 general dental clinics, distributed across 24 different units – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. In addition, there are clinics in all specialist areas that treat patients on referral. We are a forward-looking organization with a focus on quality and competence.
