Your workplace

At Folktandvården Haga, we are 43 employees with high and broad competence in all areas. In all professional categories, there are both younger and more experienced colleagues. Here we treat 13,700 patients, divided between children and adults, in newly renovated premises. In the same building, there is also the Specialist Clinic for Periodontology, Endodontics, Prosthetics, and Pedodontics. Our working model is 7-19, where employees alternate between morning and afternoon shifts.

Your tasks

As a clinic administrator with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job. You will be part of the clinic management and relieve the clinic manager of personnel administrative and other management tasks.

Patient work and other tasks within the dental nurse's/dental hygienist's area of competence will also be included. The clinic administrator (KA) is part of the clinic's management and has ongoing contact with other KAs, the clinic manager, operational support, and collaborates with other clinics as needed.

Your main tasks include:

• Scheduling and personnel administration in Heroma.
• Handling invoices and orders.
• Being an important contact person for the clinic towards patients, other operations, customers, and suppliers.

You will play an important and central role in driving the development of the clinic forward.

Your knowledge and competencies

We are looking for someone who is a trained dental hygienist or dental nurse, preferably with experience in similar roles.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and can remain calm in pressured situations. You are used to communicating in a way that ensures the message gets through.

You are service-oriented and have an easy time collaborating and consider the whole in your actions and decisions. We place great importance on personal suitability and particularly appreciate good collaborative skills and a positive attitude.
