Your Workplace

The operation consists of 40 employees and is located in Karlstad, Arvika, and Torsby. We work with telephone advice to assess the patient's needs early and help the patient to the right level of care.

Your Responsibilities

As an advisory nurse with us, you will have a varied workday where no moment and conversation is like the other. Together with experienced colleagues, you will make a difference for many, and with the help of developing support systems, you will meet people in the way that best suits their needs.

As a nurse with us, you will assess patients' care needs with the help of advisory support. You will make assessments based on the caller's symptom description and general condition. You will provide methodical and structured advice for recommendations and/or referrals to appropriate levels of care.

The positions are mixed roles.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for a licensed nurse with a few years of experience. If you have experience in telephone advice or relevant further education, it is an advantage but not decisive. A plus is if you have experience from primary care or emergency care.

We appreciate your ability to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment. You are confident in your professional role and accustomed to making assessments. To provide the best possible care coordination, you should also have good knowledge of healthcare in Värmland.
