About Zakrisdal:

Zakrisdal nursing home is located in the Zakrisdal district and consists of three departments. Each department consists of 16 apartments, all located on the ground floor with beautiful surroundings. Working hours:

Day and evening shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. We work together in a team and have staff on site around the clock, where we actively work to create a supportive and learning work environment.

Job responsibilities

At the facility, primarily elderly individuals with dementia live, but there is also a mix of different diagnoses and needs. Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together to offer comprehensive support to the care recipients.

Together with the care recipient, we design individual interventions that strengthen independence and participation. The work involves various tasks, such as personal care, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and motivating social interaction and activities. You will actively work with contact person assignments, implementation plans, and social documentation. We work with quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert and document what we do in the operational system Treserva. You will also perform delegated tasks, including medication management.

We are looking for someone who:

We see that you are a trained nursing assistant with experience in elderly care and working with individuals with dementia diagnoses. It is an advantage if you have experience with the Treserva system and the methods BPSD and Senior Alert that we work with.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
