JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a pool nurse, you will work where the need exists within the municipality's operations, such as special housing, home care, and short-term care. You will replace regular staff during absences and contribute your expertise to ensure good and safe care.

The work is very varied and is based on personal responsibility with planning and prioritization. We work for patient-safe and person-centered health and medical care. Your main tasks are to ensure that health and medical services (HSL) are planned, implemented, and evaluated, as well as to guide basic staff. Being able to see the whole picture around the patient by having good communication with different professional groups is an important part of the job. Through collaboration, we create the best care for the care recipient together.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has a commitment and interest in municipal health and medical care and who has a flexible working style.

You are used to working independently and making your own decisions while having good teamwork skills and finding it natural to work in a team.

You have good computer skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

Experience from municipal elderly care is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
