ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for staff for Rusksele home care.

In Lycksele municipality, we strive to offer quality service to our residents. Care and support work takes place in various group homes, nursing homes, special accommodations, and in individuals' homes. We are about 500 employees who all work to ensure good care and support. We also work to make full-time work the norm. When more people work full-time, better conditions for continuity, quality, and equality are created - both in work and private life. To enable full-time work, flexibility in the organization is required. This means that you as an employee with us may work in different units within our operational area as needed.

As an employee at Rusksele home care, your main tasks will be to perform service and care interventions in the individual's home, where each user has different needs and conditions. Your tasks include personal care, escorting, walks, and other household tasks. The job involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and enjoys supporting individuals to a meaningful life. As staff in home care, you need to be able to work independently under your own responsibility while seeing the work group as an asset and having an easy time collaborating with others.

It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant or have other care training that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is also meritorious if you have experience from work in home care or elderly care. Since the work involves traveling by car, you need to have a B driver's license and driving experience.
