We are now looking for staff for the summer. You should be able to start shadowing already in the spring.

With us, you will work varied days and times. As a person, you are responsible, patient, meticulous, and caring. You are attentive to the customers' needs and positive about solving the situations that arise.

Work in home care is varied, and you need to have medication delegation to perform your tasks. Performing delegated care tasks such as medication administration, hygiene care, household chores, home cleaning, taking the customer for a walk, and running errands are some examples of what the tasks may include.

All our expertise is gathered under one roof. The operations manager, nurses, and coordinators work closely together and are located in the same premises as the base staff. You will mostly work independently but need to be flexible and have good collaboration skills with other colleagues.

Experience in home care is an asset, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. All our employees must show a driver's license, a police clearance certificate, and sign confidentiality and hygiene agreements.

Requirements to be eligible to apply for this position are that you have a diploma from high school, have a B driver's license, and speak and write Swedish fluently. These requirements apply regardless of how much meritorious experience you have.
