Description

We are looking for a nurse for the nursing and care home Gillersgården. The position also includes work at the Fyrklövern facility during evenings and weekends.

With us, you will have an exciting and developing job where you contribute to ensuring our patients receive safe and person-centered care. The position is a temporary contract that extends until December 31, 2026.

We are also looking for a temporary nurse for our nursing and care homes as well as for home healthcare during the summer period, weeks 25–34.

Responsibilities

You will have care responsibility for patients within municipal health and medical care. Your work includes:

• Independent medical assessments and treatments.
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of care interventions.
• Guidance of care staff in health and medical care issues.
• Close collaboration with unit managers, case managers, occupational therapists, and care staff who work together for the patient's best interests.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse.
• Experience in elderly care is an advantage.
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
• Structured, flexible, and meticulous, with a holistic perspective on tasks.
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of legislation governing the nurse's work.

Conditions

We apply ongoing selection in this recruitment, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working hours are day/evening/weekend, and you will work every third weekend. Start date immediately or by agreement.
