JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coordinator in home care, you have a central role with responsibility for the daily coordination and schedule planning of the area's efforts. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the unit manager and other team members, where you will be an important support.

In addition to daily planning, administrative tasks are also included in the role. You plan and follow up on absences and ensure both short- and long-term staffing in accordance with the budget. The work also includes receiving orders from the authority and handling other administrative tasks that occur in the business.

You will have daily contact with users, relatives, colleagues, and other internal and external actors, communicating through various channels. The work places high demands on good collaboration skills, as well as being communicative and relationship-building. You will work with a cohesive responsibility and ensure quality in all parts of the assignment.

You have a genuine interest in helping others and work solution-oriented with a professional approach. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to structure, prioritize, and plan your work both in the short and long term, as you handle several ongoing tasks simultaneously.

The work is scheduled Monday to Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding public holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have an education in care and nursing, or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You also have experience working as a coordinator or in another role with similar tasks.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Good computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience with operational systems for coordinated planning, such as LifeCare
• Experience in staffing planning and administration of personnel and salaries, for example in Visma and Vikariebanken
• Knowledge of and experience with applicable legislation and guidelines, as well as working according to SOL and HSL
• Understanding of quality work and documentation

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience in advanced staffing planning and effective resource allocation
• Confidence in difficult conversations and conflict management
• Education in leadership, labor law, or personnel administration
