Assistant Needed for Wheelchair-Bound Woman in Tibro

We are now looking for an assistant to strengthen the workgroup around one of our clients. As an assistant to this wheelchair-bound woman, we seek someone who understands the importance of good cooperation with the client, colleagues, and us as the assistance provider. Our client, who lives centrally in Tibro, is looking for someone who wants to become a reliable and valuable assistant and colleague. We work according to daily routines and documentation. We prefer assistants to have a positive and easy-going attitude. A positive and inventive problem-solver who sees solutions instead of problems - that is what we need!

As an assistant here, you will support in daily tasks as well as in activities that add joy to life. For this woman, this includes shopping, going for long walks, and other small outings.

The daily work consists of supporting in what our client cannot do independently. Our client needs help with everything from feeding to hygiene, training, and other daily tasks such as shopping, laundry, and cleaning. We offer friendly colleagues and a client who truly appreciates her assistants.

Assistant's Role and Experience

We prefer a female candidate with life experience, as our client feels more comfortable and secure with female assistants. As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive.

You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects related to the client's needs and routines. You need to be flexible regarding working hours since we in the workgroup manage staffing if someone gets sick - we support our client and each other.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in healthcare/care work.
• Swedish spoken and written.
• Good physical condition.

Working Hours/Employment Level

• Part-time approx. 50%
• Daytime and evening.
