We are looking for a project leader with ecological expertise for an organization in the energy sector that has been actively working for a long time to inventory, document, and implement tailored maintenance in power line corridors to promote biodiversity. The assignment is part of ongoing maintenance and includes both the development of working methods and support in collaboration with external parties. The work is carried out in close cooperation with forestry contractors and relevant authorities and stakeholders.

• Overall lead, coordinate, and administer the execution of the assignment to achieve goals and milestones with good quality.
• Develop object sheets for areas where tailored maintenance will be implemented.
• Further develop routines and working methods for inventory and long-term management of valuable biotopes in power line corridors.
• Provide consulting support in collaboration with authorities and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to and support the implementation of courses and internal training on biodiversity related to power line corridors.

• Documented experience in leading and coordinating assignments/projects within ecology, nature conservation, or biodiversity.
• Experience in inventory, documentation, and/or management of natural values/biotopes.
• Experience in collaboration with authorities and other stakeholders.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security review (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience in developing or conducting training in nature conservation/biodiversity.
• Experience from work related to power line corridors or similar infrastructural environments.
