Why you should work with us - the pharmacy manager tells

Welcome to Apotek Hjärtat Sala Torg! Our pharmacy is located adjacent to Sala Galleria. Here, you will be part of a team of seven dedicated employees, where community, respect, and close collaboration are the foundation of our daily work. Together, we work to create a positive work environment and provide our customers with the best possible experience.

The pharmacy has a wide customer base, from families with children and young people to retirees, and we always strive to meet their needs in a professional and pleasant manner. For me as a manager, it is important that you are positive, flexible, goal-oriented, and customer-focused, take responsibility, and enjoy contributing to collaboration and engagement within the group. You are driven by a desire to meet customer needs and are passionate about quality work, customer interaction, and advice.

Our opening hours are weekdays 09-18:30, Saturdays 10–16, and Sundays 10-14. The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time/part-time according to agreement. A probationary period may apply. Start date for the position is according to agreement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for handling the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
