EVEPE AB (Electrical & Heat Pump Experts) is one of Sweden's oldest heat pump companies, founded in 1985. The owners and several team members who built the business are still here with deep expertise and pride in craftsmanship. Now we want to train the next generation of heat pump technicians and are looking for our next employee.

About the role

You will work on-site with customers in northern Mälardalen with:

• Service, troubleshooting, and repairs on heat pumps
• Preventive maintenance and on-site customer advice
• Documentation of completed work (simple and practical)
• Installation of heat pumps (air/air, air/water, exhaust air, and geothermal heating as well as other systems as needed)

A typical day: 2–4 tasks. You plan together with us and have great freedom in how you solve the job, with an experienced team for support.

We are looking for two possible profiles

A) Refrigeration & Heat Pump Technician

You preferably have experience in service/installation and refrigeration certification (or are on your way there). You enjoy troubleshooting and take responsibility for the overall situation with the customer.

B) Electrician with electrical certification

You are an electrician and want to work with heat pump service and installation. Don't have a heat pump background? No problem, we will train you and build the competence together.

Requirements (regardless of profile)

• Driver's license B
• Swedish in speech and writing (important for customer contact and documentation)
• You are practical, organized, and enjoy doing a job you can be proud of
• You thrive working independently but with a team behind you

Meritorious

• Experience in field service
• Troubleshooting with measuring instruments and system thinking
• Electrical knowledge (for refrigeration technicians) or interest in refrigeration (for electricians)
• Certificates/trainings in heat pumps/refrigeration
