NPD Entreprenad AB is a growing earthworks and construction company operating in the Stockholm area. We primarily work with excavation, cable and utility installation, restoration, and fine planning.

We are a smaller company with short decision-making paths, strong cohesion, and a high focus on quality, work environment, and delivery.

We are now looking for a Production Manager who wants to help drive our projects forward. Here, the production manager is a key person – close to the operations and with significant personal responsibility.

About the role

As a Production Manager at NPD, you are responsible for the daily production in our projects.

You are the link between the client, our work teams in the field, and the company's management.

You plan, coordinate, and follow up on production to ensure that our work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the right quality.

This is an operational role where you work closely with both projects and people.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production in ongoing projects
• Lead and coordinate our work teams and resources
• Ensure that work is performed according to schedule, quality, and work environment requirements
• Be the operational contact person for clients and other stakeholders on site
• Follow up on progress, obstacles, and needs in the projects
• Participate in construction and production meetings
• Ensure that self-checks, documentation, and logs are functioning
• Support the projects with practical solutions and structure

You will have support from administration and management – your focus is on production and delivery.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in earthworks and construction projects who enjoys working closely with production.

You are structured, clear in your communication, and confident in leading skilled workers in the field.

We expect you to have:

• Experience as a production manager, site manager, or similar in earthworks & construction
• Good understanding of excavation, utility work, restoration, and street work
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems in ongoing production
• Good communication skills in Swedish
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience with AMA Construction and EBR Cable Installation
• Experience working in smaller contracting companies
• Familiarity with working with traffic plans and in traffic environments
• Experience with systems like SmartDok or similar
