About the Position

As a window cleaner at Städax Fönsterputs, you will initially work alongside an experienced window cleaner to learn the basics and techniques. You will share a car, and each day you will receive a well-planned driving schedule to follow. The job is very flexible and suits those who want to be active during their working hours while also having the opportunity to influence their salary after a few months.

At Städax, you will receive a solid introduction and thorough training where you learn to clean windows safely and professionally according to our guidelines. Working alongside an experienced window cleaner at the beginning also gives you good insight into how we interact with our customers and colleagues for the best service and collaboration.

In addition to the basic training, we as a company are very positive about investing in relevant further education for our staff. This could include working on mobile platforms or Rope Access with the opportunity to work with ropes at high altitudes.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period and a fixed salary with the possibility of commission according to the applicable agreement.

We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, enjoys working in a team, takes great responsibility, and shows commitment and joy in what they do. You are service-minded and always have the customer in focus. As a person, you are motivated by working towards set goals and exceeding them. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills are required, and you should have no problem adapting to new systems and working with them. Of course, you have a B driver's license, and it is an advantage if you have B96 or BE.
