Are you a person who is passionate about helping others and making a difference? Do you enjoy working independently but also thrive in a team? Then we would love for you to join us as our summer substitute!

Working as a substitute means you will replace regular staff. You may work in elderly care, with individuals with disabilities, or in our kitchen operations.

For the summer of 2025, we are looking for nursing assistants, care aides, personal assistants, housing supporters, chefs, and kitchen staff. As a summer substitute, you will have a varied job during the summer months.

Job Responsibilities

Your work will include assisting with personal care. The support you provide is always based on each user's/resident's individual needs and wishes. This may involve helping someone with personal hygiene or taking their medication. It could also involve taking someone for a walk or planning and carrying out various activities. The nature of a workday varies between our different operations.

Social documentation is part of your responsibilities. In the kitchen operations, there are varied tasks involving meal preparation and cooking. Please specify if you want to work in home care, special housing, LSS operations, or the kitchen. Also, indicate whether it is for night or day shifts.

Whatever you choose, you should be able to interact well with people and enjoy providing support, help, and care. Working hours will be scheduled.

Qualifications

Desired relevant education for the respective work area, education, and previous experience in care and support are prioritized. A valid driver's license (B) is required for certain positions. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and ability to collaborate. You must be at least 18 years old, proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and computer skills are desirable.
