You will become part of the Social Administration at Lindesberg Municipality, a municipal authority tasked with providing support and security to the municipality's residents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an engaged and responsible case officer who wants to work with authority exercises under LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons) and SoL (the Social Services Act). You will be part of our team that works to provide support and services to people with disabilities and their relatives.
As a case officer, you will:
- Investigate, assess, and make decisions according to LSS and SoL.
- Have contact with users, relatives, and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external actors to create good solutions.
- Document and follow up on interventions according to applicable legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a degree in social work or another relevant higher education.
- Have good knowledge of LSS and SoL.
- Be structured, communicative, and have a good approach.
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in authority exercises is an advantage.
