Arho AB is growing, and we are now looking for a traveling technician who wants to help build and install our customized automation solutions.

About the role:

As a traveling technician at Arho AB, you will work with assembly, installation, and commissioning of automation equipment, both on-site in our workshop and at customer locations, primarily within Sweden. You will work in a team alongside technicians, designers, and programmers to deliver turnkey automation solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly of automation cells, robot stations, and conveyors

• Installation and connection of components and equipment at the customer's production facility

• Participation in test runs, commissioning, and troubleshooting

• Travel to customer facilities for short and long assignments

• Close collaboration with project managers and technical teams to ensure high quality in deliveries

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in assembly or service work within the industry

• Good mechanical understanding and experience in reading technical drawings

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Sweden (sometimes also to the Nordic countries/Europe)

• Good teamwork skills and pride in your profession

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and basic English

Meritorious:

• Experience in automation, robot cells, or special machines

• Electrical certification or experience in electrical assembly

• Knowledge in reading technical drawings (mechanical and electrical schematics)

• Forklift or crane certification
