To meet this demand, we are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated CNC mill operator, preferably with experience in HAAS machines and an interest in high-quality production. About the role: As a CNC mill operator at Arho AB, you will be an important part of our production team. The work is varied and includes programming, machine setup, operation, and subsequent quality checks. We strive to deliver world-class products and solutions, and we are looking for someone who shares that goal.

You will work with both single-piece manufacturing and small series, and be responsible for the entire process – from drawing to finished detail. Programming is done directly in the machine's control system (HAAS) or via the CAM system Edge-CAM, and we continuously work to improve and streamline our processes.

Your tasks:

• Independently set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (HAAS)

• Manufacture components in various materials according to drawings and specifications

• Perform quality checks and measure details according to requirements

• Contribute to improvement work and efficiency in production

• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers

Your background and qualities:

We are looking for someone with a technical education in machining or equivalent experience in cutting machining. You have several years of experience as a CNC operator/miller and feel comfortable working both independently and in a team. Experience with programming and working with GibbsCAM is a big plus.

You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and enjoy working practically with problem-solving. You plan your work well and thrive in a dynamic environment.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in CNC milling (preferably HAAS machines)

• Knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques

• Experience in both prototype and small series manufacturing

• Knowledge of GibbsCAM is an advantage

• Good Swedish in spoken and written form
