How You Will Make an Impact

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines according to the production plan
• Run new programs and follow the entire machining process with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Measure and test in-machine to ensure high precision of the details
• Check completed work, document results, and contribute to continuous improvements
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in manufacturing, engineering, and planning to optimize flow

What You Bring

• Vocational training focused on CNC – we welcome both recent graduates and those with several years of experience
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new things, as well as sharing your knowledge with others
• Ability to read blueprints, work meticulously, and maintain high quality standards
• Good teamwork skills and confidence in working independently with responsibility for your own tasks
• Flexibility, humility, and a respectful attitude towards both colleagues and customers
• Experience in CAD, CAM, and production technology is a plus

Our teams work on various steps in production – from programming and machining to quality control – and collaborate closely to deliver components that meet high standards. We believe in learning from each other, regardless of experience level, and value open communication and collegial support. Our common goal is that every detail leaving our machines should be world-class and contribute to future energy solutions.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
