About the Job

The Swedish Tax Agency is now entering a new phase of development and innovation as we will deliver IT services and IT operations to more government agencies. Therefore, we are scaling up and strengthening our teams with new employees who want to work with the delivery of these services to Sweden's authorities.

The culture at the Swedish Tax Agency is characterized by an agile working method with an open dialogue for change and development. You will be part of the Technical Service Unit (STT) with approximately 500 employees. We are responsible for development, maintenance, and operations, delivering services within infrastructure, platforms, and IT workplaces to several authorities.

You will belong to a team that delivers the collaboration platform; SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Outlook, etc. We have recently rolled out M365 and the hybrid environment that will evolve into a hybrid, multitenant environment as we begin to deliver to more authorities.

Together with the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the collaboration platform both on-prem and in M365, focusing on Teams and SharePoint. The tasks are varied, including incident management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and development. The role also involves staying updated on new features and best practices within Microsoft 365 and suggesting improvements to enhance security and productivity. You will drive knowledge transfer activities, participate in projects, and contribute to the development of internal processes and routines.

You will belong to the IT department and the Section for Digital Collaboration, located in Sundbyberg. Currently, there are 19 colleagues in the section.

About You

You should also have:

• relevant post-secondary education in IT, or several years of relevant work experience in the IT field
• current and relevant work experience using and understanding Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• in-depth expertise in M365, particularly Teams and SharePoint
• current and relevant work experience with SharePoint Online and hybrid configurations
• current and relevant work experience in Teams architecture, governance, and integrations
• understanding of Microsoft Copilot features in M365 and how they can be used to streamline work in Teams and SharePoint
• relevant work experience in automation using PowerShell
• experience in low code such as Power Automate and Power Apps
• relevant knowledge of Windows Server in larger environments
• work experience in accordance with both ITIL and SAFe

It is desirable that you have:

• worked in hybrid multitenant environments, preferably from an MSP-like service provider
• experience working in the public sector
• good understanding of modern development methods and tools, Azure DevOps, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before the employment decision. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
