VFG Education provides upper secondary education, adult education, driving school, and various forms of commissioned training in the transport and construction sectors. The company has a turnover of approximately 120 million and employs around 90 people. We are located in Växjö, Karlshamn, and Jönköping. VFG Education is a growing company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making paths.

VFG in Växjö trains upper secondary students for professions such as truck driver, heavy vehicle mechanic, construction worker, and excavator operator. The school has about 240 students.

The upper secondary school offers the following programs and specializations:

Construction and Civil Engineering Program

- Construction Machine Operator

- Earth and Construction Worker

Vehicle and Transport Program

- Heavy Vehicle and Mobile Machinery Mechanic

- Professional Driver, Bus and Truck

We are now looking for a transport teacher for upper secondary school and adult education.

We are looking for someone with professional experience as a truck driver.

The requirement is that you have qualifications in the educational area - at least a CE driving license.

You should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with students.

It is positive if you have pedagogical competence through education or experience.

Meritorious is qualification as a vocational teacher with a teaching license in vehicle and transport, as well as experience working with youth from diverse cultural backgrounds.

It is also positive if you have pedagogical competence through education and/or experience in our educational areas such as CE license, forklift, wheel loader, crane, or similar. Competence in warehousing and terminal operations is also meritorious.

The position involves planning, conducting, and documenting teaching in upper secondary school and adult education, both practically and theoretically.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in both the students' knowledge development and their social development, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with students.

As a person, you are creative and flexible, have a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility. You also have a good ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students to learn. It is important that you enjoy working in a team and can collaborate easily.
