Our preschool, located in the Ekebacken area, was completed in the summer of 2020. As an educator at Klöverängen, you work in smaller teams and with small groups of children. A flexible and fun job where no day is the same. You contribute to providing knowledge and experiences for life while having the opportunity to grow and develop together with the children.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you, a professional, positive, flexible, and engaged preschool teacher. An educator who challenges children's thoughts and reflections in play, social interaction, exploration, and creation together with the children in our preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply should be a licensed preschool teacher.

You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy working both individually and in groups. You see the small in the big picture. The A and O for us is that you have the child in focus, are playful, and take responsibility for your part while also considering the whole.

As a preschool teacher, together with others in the team, you are responsible for conducting the educational work based on the curriculum and governing documents. You actively work with children's educational documentation and the systematic quality work of the operation together with other educators.

Your ability to collaborate with other departments is significant. You have good knowledge of inspiring and challenging learning environments, language-developing methods, and digitalization.

In addition to education, we see your personal qualities as very important.

The Children and Education Committee wants to take advantage of the qualities that a balanced gender distribution, ethnic, and cultural diversity brings to the operation.
