We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous work experience in field sales to private individuals and feels it is time for the next step in their career.
• Documented results from previous field sales.
• Driver's license (B).
• Documented leadership experience, but most importantly, you possess the right leadership qualities.
• A drive to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Manager, you will coach, support, and follow up on the team's field salespeople. Your task will be to ensure that both the team and individuals develop and perform at the highest level. The position also includes planning, reporting, and budget responsibility. This is an operational role where you are expected to sell and lead by example.
