Supply Chain Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. Our client is a global industrial company with its Nordic headquarters in the Gothenburg area. The assignment is a full-time temporary position for approximately 8-10 months, with the possibility of extension, and is suitable for you who are self-driven, confident in logistics processes and flows, and can quickly adapt to new systems and working methods.

About the position

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will work broadly and operationally to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries throughout the logistics chain. You will be responsible for coordinating and following up flows between suppliers, production, warehouse, and customers to ensure delivery precision, cost-effectiveness, and high quality.

• Plan and coordinate the delivery process from order to delivery
• Be responsible for ensuring that inventory management, material control, and delivery are efficient
• Monitor production and delivery status and take necessary actions as needed.
• Ensure correct inventory levels and work with forecasts and planning
• Work closely with the sales and marketing organization
• Identify deviations and drive improvement measures in supply chain processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role, or you may be a recent graduate who has worked part-time during your studies with similar tasks. You have good Excel skills, strong system proficiency, and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The role suits you who are driven and action-oriented and enjoy making things happen. You prefer to work in an operational and dynamic environment where days can vary and where flexibility is a natural part of the job.

• Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, economics, or equivalent
• Some years of experience in supply chain/logistics/planning
• Very good system proficiency with experience in ERP systems
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of flows and processes

Other

The position is a project employment for about 8-10 months starting in January 2026, and you will be employed by the company.
