We are now looking for an experienced production engineer who wants to work with cutting-edge technology at our client's office in Gothenburg. Our partner is a leading product company in the defense industry, operating in many technical areas for people's safety in society. We are now seeking production engineers for our client who is in an exciting phase of development. The role is suitable for you who want to continue to develop within production technology and who enjoys managing, improving, and further developing existing production flows.

In the role of production engineer, you will work broadly and closely with both production, design, and other support functions. You will belong to a production team where collaboration is close and knowledge sharing is high. You will be involved early in the work with products and flows and follow them through their entire lifecycle, from understanding design to management and improvement in production.

Examples of tasks:

• Production preparation

• Creation and updating of work instructions and documentation, both in text and 3D, for example in Creo and PowerPoint

• Work with process changes, methodology, and continuous improvements

• Analysis of deviations, root cause analysis, and work with quality and manufacturability

• Work in business systems, where understanding how articles, structures, and documentation are interconnected is an important part

We also see that you have:

• Several years of experience working as a production engineer, preferably within mechanically oriented manufacturing

• Experience in production preparation and working with manufacturing flows

• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documentation

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious is experience working in Creo and business systems, preferably IFS, as well as previous work in environments with high demands on quality and traceability.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period

Location: Gothenburg

The position is security classified and requires you to undergo and be approved in a security review according to applicable security protection regulations. The position requires Swedish citizenship.
