At the water department in Lidköping, we analyze various matrices of water, such as drinking, well, wastewater, and recipient water. To meet our customers' needs, we operate around the clock and are now looking for 2 laboratory technicians to strengthen our team. You will be part of a group of about 30 people. Interested? What you will do with us

At the water department, we analyze thousands of samples per week, which can include samples from the ground where a preschool will be built, water from the tap you drink, or from the wastewater that flows into our seas and lakes. All to give our customers the opportunity to create a toxin-free environment or ensure food safety. Our main operations consist of sample preparation and analysis, where we use the latest

analytical technology to deliver results to our customers. You are an important part of the chain to achieve an efficient flow!

Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably in scientific or technical fields. You have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a good ability to plan and are quality-conscious. Being flexible comes naturally to you, as does your ability to collaborate. Contributing to a positive team spirit is important to us as the results of the work depend on you being a stable point in the workflow together with your colleagues. Taking initiative and responsibility is fundamental for successful work. We place great emphasis on your personal competencies.

As job descriptions and procedures are in Swedish, you must have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Previous experience in laboratory work is an advantage.

The positions are during daytime, full-time. A permanent position with a 6-month probationary period and a fixed-term contract. Monthly salary and start date according to agreement. The place of work is Lidköping.
