Now there is an opportunity to become a partner and operations manager at Praktikertjänst.

Located in a central area of Malmö, our clinic Tandvården Klaffbron is a newly built clinic with 3 partners who are now looking for a fourth partner to operate in a solo group. The clinic is open from 07-19 and the day is divided into two 6-hour shifts where two teams work in each shift.

Description

In the best location in Malmö with a large influx of patients lies Tandvården Klaffbron.

The clinic is 400 m2 and has eight fully equipped treatment rooms with reliable KaVo E50 Life units.

There is currently a lab section with a dental technician, CBCT, and a large influx of new patients. For you who take over, it’s just to get started and refine an already well-functioning operation.

We are now selling 4 treatment rooms in a solo group with 1500 adult revision patients and about 200 child patients.

The team currently consists of two dental nurses and 1 dental hygienist who have worked long at the clinic and know the patients well.

Start date is according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work for the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Personnel responsibility, goals, and development dialogues as well as salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work with competence development
• Responsible for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

We are looking for you who are a trained dentist. You are a secure person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well acquainted with diagnostics and therapy planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with a good approach. You also find it enjoyable to lead other people.

You are a person who sees it as a given to have a great commitment to both your patients and the development of the clinic. We believe that you are curious about new solutions and opportunities. As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy in meetings with patients and colleagues.
