We are now looking for quality care assistants for our operations in special housing and regular housing.

Your mission is to, together with the existing team, ensure that care-related routines and processes are current and followed. You are confident in your role as a role model when it comes to value-based work, professional and qualitative care, and you find it easy to collaborate. You see the value in working based on the individual's unique needs and understand the importance of precision in systematically working with improvement as well as documentation.

The goal of the quality care assistant's mission is to ensure and develop the quality of care work for the individual user in Karlshamn municipality. In your role as a quality care assistant, you will, together with your team and your unit manager, drive systematic improvement work of the operations by:  
- Being a good role model and ensuring that the policies and routines of the Social Services Act are followed together with your workgroup and unit manager.
- Promoting a good reception both within the organization and towards our users and their relatives.  
- Working to achieve the organization's goals according to the operational plan. The quality care assistant works strategically to improve and ensure good care & support in various forums such as improvement and care meetings.
- Functioning as a support to colleagues to improve communication and feedback.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist care assistant or care assistant with experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have good communication skills and good computer skills. The work involves collaboration and documentation, which means you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. Experience in dementia care and/or experience working with individuals with mental illnesses and disabilities is an advantage. 

To be considered for a position in regular housing, a B driver's license for manual transmission is required.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Start date by agreement. Scheduled working hours day, evening, and weekend.
