Diagnostic Engineer at Aleido

Academic Work, in collaboration with Aleido, is now looking for an engaged Diagnostic Engineer who wants to drive the development of advanced diagnostic solutions. In this role, you will be an important link between technology and the people who use it, with the opportunity to influence work in both the automotive and industrial sectors.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Diagnostic Engineer, you will work on developing, implementing, and optimizing diagnostic solutions. Your main tasks include:

• Creating effective troubleshooting processes and identifying error codes and symptoms.
• Solving technical challenges related to vehicle fleets or industrial machines.
• Testing and validating electrical systems to ensure high quality.

You will work both on the computer with customized software and through practical tests to verify the diagnostic solutions. The role involves creating clear troubleshooting documentation and instructions in both Swedish and English. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with technical illustrators to ensure that the documentation is easy to understand and follow.

The role gives you a chance to deepen your knowledge of new technologies such as electric and hybrid drivetrains, as well as advanced automation systems. You will work closely with customers and can either be on-site with the customer or from Aleido's office, depending on the project's needs.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

...has experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting, preferably within the automotive or industrial sector. We believe you have:

• A technical educational background, for example in automotive technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or electronics.
• A strong interest in technology and the ability to understand new advanced technologies.
• Experience from working in heavy industries or diagnostics of industrial systems, which is a merit.
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
