Folktandvården Central Service Unit is now looking for a dental nurse for the reception at the Specialist Dental Care located on Klostergatan in central Örebro. We are looking for someone with experience in dental care to provide excellent service and advice to our patients visiting all our clinics.

The reception is part of a unit together with the Sterilization Center. The unit has a common operations manager and a common unit manager. We focus on our patients and maintain a positive atmosphere, showing commitment, challenging old work methods, and contributing to an open climate in the workplace. We offer dental care at 21 general dental clinics and 8 specialist dental clinics. We have a dental laboratory, a public health unit, and an education and research unit closely linked to Örebro University. We are looking for someone interested in working in Folktandvården's largest reception. The job involves assisting patients and customers who visit and contact the reception. A strong sense of service is essential. We collaborate with all 10 clinics in the building and work in several different booking systems. Digital record-keeping is done in Frenda, but we also book patients in the Direkten system. The daily routine is varied, including phone service, scheduling appointments, processing payments, selling oral care products, providing service to all deliveries to the Specialist House, and directing visitors within the building, etc.

The reception is always staffed with at least two employees. We have individual working hours that are adapted to the reception's opening hours and staffing needs.

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained dental nurse. You must be proficient in the Swedish language and express yourself well in both speech and writing. As a person, you are flexible and used to handling various responsibilities. You can take initiative and have good teamwork skills.

For you, service is a guiding principle, and you understand the importance of being engaged and doing a good job together with your colleagues. Given the nature of the tasks, good computer skills are a requirement, and we expect you to have a good customer service attitude. Experience in previous reception work is an advantage.
