Nurse night, ward 94 cognitive section, USÖ

Ward 94 is part of the cognitive section at the Geriatric Clinic. Here, investigations, treatments, and specific nursing care for patients with acute confusion states, memory impairment, dementia, and behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD) are performed. Many of our patients are also affected by somatic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, infections, neurological diseases, various acute conditions, and patients with palliative care focus. The team at ward 94, consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and social workers, all have a genuine commitment and interest in our patients - here we consider the whole person and their needs!

We offer you a varied and stimulating job where you as a nurse have great opportunities to develop in your professional role and to influence and contribute with your previous experiences. As a newly hired employee, you will receive a personally tailored introduction from experienced and competent colleagues. As a night nurse, you will be responsible, together with two nursing assistants, for the care of our 10 patients. We plan to open two additional care places in the ward during the winter.
