As a nurse at WeMind, you work both independently and in a team with doctors and psychologists to ensure good care and nursing for patients. You act as a primary care contact with the task of coordinating care around the patient. You maintain close follow-up contact with patients and offer counseling and evaluation of ongoing care using self-assessments as tools. Meet our nurses.

Main responsibilities:

• Staffing the on-call phone, which may involve advisory and supportive conversations with patients and relatives,

• Assessment and triage of patients with mental health issues, including suicide risk assessment.

• Participation in on-call doctor visits.

• Home visits during on-call hours for assessments in case of deterioration.

WeMind Rinkeby's on-call unit is a central part of our psychiatric outpatient care and takes care of WeMind Psychiatry Rinkeby, which is a psychiatric outpatient clinic with an on-call unit, to which this application is directed, as well as a psychosis clinic. You will be offered a varied job where collaboration with other professionals and care neighbors is a central part of your work.

• Licensed nurse, specializing in psychiatry is an advantage

• Some years of experience in a similar role within psychiatry is an advantage

• Driving license B

We are looking for someone with an interest in the varied work and the multifaceted assignment that comes with being a nurse in psychiatry. You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first, ensuring good quality in nursing. You are responsible and have a good ability to plan and organize your work.

At the same time, you are flexible and have good collaboration skills, and are used to making assessments and decisions in consultation with doctors and nursing staff. You have a positive attitude and find the social work environment and team spirit important.
