District Nurse/Nurse Needed at Hagalund Health Center

We are looking for a new District Nurse/Nurse colleague for our clinic and home care at Hagalund Health Center for a temporary position with a good chance of extension!

Our ambition is to provide good care at a high medical level with a focus on patient safety and quality.

Within the organization, we offer medical and nursing consultations, home care, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. We also have a psychologist and social worker consultation. We have short decision-making paths and good collegial cooperation at the clinic, with a total of 15 employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Standard work for a nurse/district nurse at the clinic, which means independently receiving, assessing, and treating a wide range of patients with varying complaints and care needs. Telephone advice with the teleQ system where advice is given and assessed over the phone. The work also includes some collaboration with hospitals/municipalities and care neighbors.

Experience in home care is an advantage as collaboration is important and being able to take on both clinic and home care work. At the clinic, we prefer that you have the ability to work independently with your own consultations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse or district nurse and wants to further develop care with us at Hagalund Health Center. Experience in primary and home care is an advantage.

We use the Take Care journal system.

Employment Type:

Temporary employment. Full-time 100%, part-time can possibly be discussed. Good opportunity for extension. Start date according to agreement.

Personal Qualities:

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is used to working independently. Has good cooperation skills and can work flexibly. We prefer that you work with a positive and ethical approach and work based on evidence-based principles.
