About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DB Schenker.

💼 Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of transport bookings. The work is primarily conducted via email, with some phone contact. You will handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company’s systems and administrative solutions, while ensuring that everything is managed correctly and efficiently. An important part of the job is to respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and transport-related matters. You will also have regular contact with internal colleagues to coordinate and optimize the booking flow.
This position is suitable for you who enjoy administrative work, have a keen eye for detail, and want to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process.
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Service experience
• Experience in a similar role/interest in the logistics industry is an advantage
