Welcome to Lingbygdens friskola! Curious about a new job and new challenges? We are now looking for a new colleague for our student health team. Would you like to develop the operations further together with our experienced colleagues?

Our school nurse, who has been here for several years, is now going into well-deserved retirement, and therefore we want to get in touch with you who can work as a school nurse 5-10%, about half a day per week.

In the fall, we will be operating for about 85 children in total in preschool and primary school F-6 (about 15 in preschool and about 70 in school). We have about 40 children enrolled in the after-school program.

Lingbygdens friskola is now in its 15th year and is an obvious choice for families with children living in or moving to the area and the surrounding communities. We take advantage of the benefits of the countryside, close to nature, slowly growing, and a good and safe environment. We want to be groundbreaking in both pedagogy and care. We want to realize our profile with outdoor education, movement, and health in both preschool and our school.

Since 2011, Lingbygdens friskola and preschool have been owned and operated by a non-profit association, completely without profit interest. The economy is good, the operations receive a lot of appreciation, and we have good results. (See, among other things, the School Survey conducted by the School Inspectorate every other year.) The collaboration with parents is very good, thanks in large part to a board consisting of parents and an active parent association. As an employee at a free school, we have the advantage of being close between idea and decision. Job security is, of course, the same as in all schools.

You will be part of our happy, cohesive, and experienced team and get to work at a free school, with an open atmosphere and a thematic approach. Your commitment, your work, and your knowledge in student health work stimulate our children/students to a good development thanks to preventive and promoting measures. The position can be combined with, for example, studies, retirement, or another job as it is scheduled for about half a day/week.

Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement. Handover with the current school nurse will take place by agreement.

We are located in S Ljunga, 14 km southeast of Ljungby and 30 km from Älmhult.
